Traditional yearbooks have a hard ceiling. School budget and what a family can afford end up deciding which kids take a book home and which ones don't. Online Yearbook is built so cost isn't the thing that leaves a student out: every family gets the complete digital edition, the real book, not a stripped-down free version. For us that's the reason the product exists, not a feature we tacked on.
You send a link. Families open the yearbook the way they open anything else, from a text or an email, on whatever phone they already carry. Once it's open they can search it, flip through it, and send a favorite page to grandma. There's nothing to install and no login wall to get past.
Families who want a physical book can order one and have it shipped to their door. Advisers stop having to guess quantities or front the cost, and there's no pile of unclaimed copies sitting in the office come spring.
